Terms of Service

1) Service availability and booking

• Rental availability, vehicle types, and pickup/return conditions may vary by location and time.
• We may suspend or limit rentals for safety, maintenance, local restrictions, or operational reasons.
• For remote/online ordering (distance/off-premises model), the ordering flow indicates that the order involves payment.

2) Pricing, fees, and payments

• Prices and any additional fees (e.g., for extra time, loss/damage, or specific conditions) are shown before you confirm the order.
• Unless stated otherwise, taxes/fees required by law are included or disclosed as part of the pre-contract information.
• You are responsible for providing correct payment and contact details so we can complete the booking.

3) Safety and proper use

• You must follow local traffic rules and ride with due care.
• You must use the scooter/e-bike only in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance and our instructions.
• You are responsible for maintaining reasonable safety while riding (e.g., speed, braking, attention to road conditions).
• Unauthorized modifications, improper use, or operation while intoxicated or under prohibited substances is not allowed.

4) Your responsibilities and liability

• You must keep the rented vehicle secure during the rental period and promptly report incidents.
• Damage, theft, or loss caused by your actions/omissions may result in charges up to the documented cost of repair/replacement, as disclosed in the order information.
• To the extent permitted by law, you agree that our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our fault.

5) Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from your misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or violations of applicable law. To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we also do not assume responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.

6) Consumer pre-contract information (distance/off-premises)

For online rental services in Ukraine, we provide clear pre-contract information, including the business identity and consumer-dispute/contact information, and we ensure the ordering flow indicates that the order involves payment.

7) Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

• You may submit a complaint to us using the contact details below.
• We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may use available out-of-court dispute resolution routes in accordance with Ukrainian law.

8) Personal data and cookies

If you provide personal data (such as name, contact information, phone, email, and potentially location) for booking/rental, we process it for the purposes related to providing services. We also implement cookie consent for compliance with personal-data processing requirements.

9) Advertising identification

If we show promotional banners or other content that is advertising-like, it will be clearly identifiable as advertising and not presented as neutral editorial content.
